Spider-Man doesn't connect to Wi-Fi
First, make sure the Wi-Fi on your device is on and connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. If your device is already connected to Wi-Fi, navigate to Wi-Fi Setup in the mobile app (under Settings) and make sure that the Wi-Fi network and password are correct.
Please note that if you are on a restricted network you will need to allow traffic over 80, 443, 3443.
Please also try the following:
- Restart the app
- Reboot Spider-Man (press and hold the spider-button for 10 seconds to turn it off)
- Uninstall and reinstall the app
- Please verify the Wi-Fi password is correct.
