Power Pack charging base stopped working

If one of the chargers stopped working in your Power Pack, please verify the plug is firmly inserted in the charging base. If you have verified that all plugs are connected correctly, please try swapping the charging bases with a different one in the pack.

If the new charging cradle continues to fail when moved to a different spot, please contact us at support@sphero.com.
