Lost packages are no fun! Unfortunately, once a package is marked "delivered," Sphero is not responsible for missing packages due to theft of postal error. If you haven't received a package marked "delivered," please check with your local post office or UPS office.

USPS Tracking Information

If you have any concerns once your package has been received by USPS, you can open an investigation through your local post office or by calling the main USPS support number at 1-800-275-8777 (select carrier to speak to a representative). We've found that the recipient-initiated investigations are a smoother process when routing the inquiry through the correct channels, so, unfortunately, we're unable to open the claim investigation on your behalf.

UPS Tracking Information

If you have any concerns once your package has been received by UPS, you can Start a Claim here. You will enter the claim as the "Consignee/Receiver." If you need any information about your shipment to provide to UPS as part of your claim, please contact support@sphero.com.
