What's the difference between SPRK+ and SPRK Edition?
SPRK+ is the latest iteration of Sphero’s educational robots. Powered by the Sphero Edu app, this robot is optimized for programming and activities. SPRK+ also has new and exciting features that distinguish it from the original SPRK Edition:
- The new SPRK+ uses Bluetooth Smart technology, making the device connection process nearly instant. Just open the Sphero Edu app, hold your device next to SPRK+ and it will automatically connect.
- SPRK+ is also built with a strong scratch-resistant UV coating, so your robot’s shell stays shiny and new after use.
All features of Sphero Edu that are available to SPRK+ are also available to SPRK Edition users.
