Troubleshooting Force Band Connection Issues

  1. Please make sure that your Force Band is charged. If the light on the band is blinking red, then the battery is critically low.
  2. Please put your phone into "Airplane" mode and attempt to reconnect
  3. Please make sure location services are enabled. 
  4. Please make sure your device is compatible by clicking here
  5. Please reboot the device and attempt to reconnect.
