I Want to Return or Exchange my Order

We accept returns and exchanges for products purchased directly from Sphero during the 30 day period following the date of shipment by Sphero.

To request a return or exchange, please reach out to our team at support@sphero.com. In your email, please include the following items:

  1. Order Number
  2. Reason for Return
  3. Has your item been removed from its original packaging? This does not exclude you from our return policy - it's just helpful for us to know!
