Sphero has a 12 month warranty that covers factory defects.  If your Sphero is misbehaving, please contact our support staff at support@sphero.com

Our experts can troubleshoot the challenge you’re encountering, and if a defect is discovered, we’ll make sure you have an operational product as quickly as possible.
