Waking OllieUpdated 10 months ago

If an Ollie won’t wake up – it could have put itself into deep-sleep. The deep sleep setting is designed to save battery power throughout the process of shipping and when waiting on a shelf.

To wake up an Ollie from deep-sleep, plug the micro USB into the port on the back of Ollie and remove the cord. The Ollie should light up with a soft purple light to indicate that the Ollie has been taken out of deep sleep.

If the Ollie will still not wake up, try using another USB port/USB cable – sometimes a less than stellar connection will not charge the robot.

If you still encounter issues with waking up your Ollie then, please contact us for additional troubleshooting.
