Pairing Sphero 1.0 + 2.0 with a Device

Sphero connects to phones differently than our other robots – Sphero connects through Bluetooth Classic. This means that you must select Sphero in your phone’s Bluetooth settings before connecting in-app. The Sphero will appear as Sphero-_ _ _ on you

Sphero 1.0 + 2.0 Light not Working

Sphero’s LED light can be configured so that it does not display light, depending on your preference.  To ensure this has not happened, navigate to settings in your Sphero App and make certain the slider for brightness is not turned all the way down.

Sphero's Bluetooth Range

Sphero has a Bluetooth range of over 50 ft; however, we advise keeping him within that range. Driving Sphero outside of 50 ft could cause him to become disconnected and you’ll have to walk the whole way to retrieve him.
