Q: I am having difficulty connecting to Sphero 2.0

  • Completely shut off and restart your mobile device, this will clear the Bluetooth cache and should allow Sphero to connect.  You may need to do this a few times.
  • Note: iOS 6 users, this process will be unnecessary with Bluetooth connection updates coming from Apple with iOS 7.
  • If you still cannot connect, attempt to connect with another device.
