If you have encountered intermittent challenges with connecting Sphero to your Android device, please follow these steps to improve the experience:

 

1.  Turn off the Android device and then start back up.  This should clear the Bluetooth cache and resolve any latent connection challenges.  

2.  If you encounter further issues, attempt to update to the latest version of the app you are playing.  Improved Bluetooth connectivity has been implemented to the latest update for all core Sphero apps.  To update, navigate to the Play Store and select the app of your preference.  Tap Update.


3.  In the rare event that the issues persist, uninstall the app entirely, and then reinstall from the Play Store.  


4.  You may also find improved connectivity with a hard restart of your device or removing and replacing your battery.
