First, it is recommended that you check our Device Compatibility sheet for your device specifications.


If the BB­-8 app does not show up on the app/play store, there is a good chance your device is not supported. 


If your device is supported, but you cannot download the BB-­8 app, please check these items:


  1. Check your internet connection.  You must be on a wi-fi connection to download the app and update your firmware.

  2. Check available storage on your device.
