- Please make sure that your Force Band is charged . If the light on the band is blinking red, then the battery is critically low.
- Please put your phone into "Airplane" mode and attempt to reconnect

- Please make sure you device is compatible by clicking here
- Please reboot the device and attempt to reconnect.
