If your Force Band has connected in the past but has since ceased doing so, please reference the list below for assistance: 
  1. Please make sure that your Force Band is charged . If the light on the band is blinking red, then the battery is critically low.
  2. Please put your phone into "Airplane" mode and attempt to reconnect
  3. Please make sure location services are enabled. Please click here for additional info
  4. Please make sure you device is compatible by clicking here
  5. Please reboot the device and attempt to reconnect.
