If your Force Band is in need of a forced firmware update (see red light indicator article), follow these steps: 

  1. Force quit out of all applications running on your device
  2. Launch Force Band application 
  3. Connect Force Band to the Force Band application
  4. Firmware update should begin automatically
  5. Wait for the firmware update to complete
