In rare occasions, your Lightning Mcqueen's emotive suspension may get stuck in the extended position. To resolve the issue, follow these steps: 

  1. Go to 'Settings' in the Lightning McQueen app, and power your car down 
  2. After waiting a few minutes, plug Lightning into his charger 
  3. Wait another few seconds before launching the Lightning McQueen application and connecting to your car
