If the Sphero Mini application does not show up on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, there is a good chance your device is not supported. 

If your device is supported, but you cannot download the app, please check these items:

  1. Check your internet connection. You must have a strong, reliable internet connection to download the Sphero Mini app.

  2. Check available storage on your device to ensure you have enough space to download and store the application.
