SPRK+ Charging Solutions

<p></p><ol><li>Your robot&apos;s battery could be low. Ensure that your SPRK+ is fully charged by placing it on the charging cradle. Make sure the robot is level, heavy side down, and the blue charger light is blinking. SPRK+ is fully charged after about 3 hours, or once the blue charging light is solid.</li><li>Your robot could be in deep-sleep mode. Place SPRK+ in the charging cradle and wait for it to blink through its rainbow-colored sequence. Remove SPRK+ from the cradle and pair it with a mobile device by opening the Sphero Edu app and holding the device next to SPRK+.</li><li>Your mobile device may not have Bluetooth Smart (Bluetooth 4.0). While you may be able to install the Sphero Edu app on your device, there are some devices that don&#x2019;t support Bluetooth Smart, such as iPad 2, and some Android 4.4+ devices.</li></ol><p></p>

The condensation is caused from the heat inside the robot generated by the motors combined with a cold outside environment, and this temperature difference can result in water droplets condensing as a result of natural humidity trapped inside the ball. The condensation disappears once the temperature inside and outside the robot get closer together.</p><p>Condensation inside of Sphero SPRK+ poses no safety or failure issue, nor has it affected the performance of the robot during our extensive testing. Wheel slippage may occur in extreme cases when moisture inside collects and the wheels hit it just right.&#xA0;</p>

Charging SPRK+

Anytime your robot is not in use, we recommend putting your robot into deep sleep and keeping it off the charging base. For the best way to maintain your battery, prior to putting the robot into deep sleep, we recommend first running the battery down

A prepaid UPS shipping label will be provided. You just need to package them up and drop them off at your nearest UPS store.</p><p>If you are returning a SPRK+ Power Pack, you can simply zip tie the Power Pack to ensure it stays closed, and apply the UPS return shipping label directly to the outside of the SPRK+ Power Pack.</p><p>You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the new BOLT purchase.
